This listing is for a black and white custom portrait of your house/home, (or maybe a friend's!).
The illustration will be an original pen and ink drawing in the style of the images shown.
A5 size high quality paper (148 x 210 mm 5.8 x 8.3 in)

You will need to supply a minimum of one clear good quality image of your building as reference, however if possible a few more photos would be better if you have them. The better quality the photos the better the likeness of the illustration can be (as remember they will be my only point of reference to work from).

**** Please try have your reference photos ready when you make your purchase and try to send them over at the same time as ordering or as soon as you can (and within a week at the latest). Please get in touch and let me know if you think it will be much longer for any reason so I can prioritize the order of work.****

When emailing the photos please also include any information about specific details you would like including. (Portraits will be prioritized in order of when I receive the photos and information).

Once the photos have been received I will then email you back as soon as I can to confirm any details. Your portrait will then be completed in approx 1-2 weeks. If you need your illustration by a specific date please email me BEFORE making a purchase and I can confirm whether it can be done for you in that time frame.
